PLEASE NOTE THAT LODGING AND KITCHEN FEES ARE TAXED AT 9.8%
AND ALL SERVICES ARE TAXED AT 7.8%.

IF GUEST BRINGS A PET: $50/DAY FEE FOR PETS ON PROPERTY, the pet is not allowed to stay and must be taken home immediately.

FOR RESERVATIONS
We require a rental agreement and an initial deposit to reserve a date. All reservation deposits and payments made are non-refundable.

INITIAL DEPOSIT: (For retreats and reunions only)
Main Lodge & cabins 2023: $300 per night * 2024: $350 per night
Hilltop House & cabins 2023: $300 per night * 2024: $350 per night - Submit the Confirmation Deposit
The confirmation Deposit is due 1/2 way between your booking date and check-in date
The Confirmation Deposit is the same dollar amount as your Initial Deposit. - The final bill is due upon departure.
The office will compute your final bill using the number of attendees, service requests and tax. 20-30 days prior to your check in your final details, number of attendees and bedding requests are due.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Just contact the Lodge office – 360 247 6660 for credit card payments
- Again, all reservation deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
- Final bills are due before you check out.
