Information for Main Lodge and Hilltop House Rentals
   
Minimum rental: 2 night minimum on weekends
3 night minimum on certain Holidays
There is a 9.8% tax on all lodging
   
Day Use group rate: All guests attending an event are charged the same amount should they spend the night or not.  You may request an early check-in if you wish to arrive in the morning.  Call office for pricing.
   
Day use guest policy: All guests attending an event at Anderson Lodge are charged a fee.
Day use guests/visitors are charged the same as overnight guests.
(Special rates for Weddings and Receptions are available for larger groups)
   
Arrival/Departure: CHECK IN:
ONE NIGHT RENTAL- Standard Check in: 2:00 PM
*If schedule allows, Early entry MAY be granted at 12:00 PM (NO COST)
*If schedule allows, Extended early entry is $100/hr before 12:00 PM
TWO OF MORE NIGHT RENTAL – Standard Check in 4:00 PM
*If schedule allows, Early entry MAY be granted at 2:00 PM (NO COST)
*If schedule allows, Extended early entry is $100/hr before 2:00 PM

CHECK OUT:

Reservation Policy: A completed Rental Agreement must be submitted to book a date
Two non-refundable deposits will be required prior to arrival
   
Initial deposit: Main Lodge & cabin: $300 per night
Hilltop House & cabins: $300 per night Payable when date is booked

Kitchen Fee:(Add 9.7% tax) KITCHEN FEES: 
ALL GROUPS PAY $50 KITCHEN FEE FOR EACH DAY OF RENTAL
• Self-Catering: No additional fee beyond the $50/day kitchen fee if Volunteers (Unpaid people) provide the meals for your retreat and no one is being paid for this service
.• Preferred caterer:  Verification from caterer required.
Ÿ $50 Kitchen Fee WAIVED for any day/s a preferred caterer provides meals.
Ÿ $50 Kitchen Fee WILL APPLY to any day/s without a preferred caterer.
• Outside caterer:
$50/day Kitchen Fee applies
Add $90 Caterer Kitchen Fee if Outside Caterer provides some or all of your meals.
NO PETS Anderson Lodge has a no pet policy.  Occasionally a guest may bring a pet. Call Lodge office immediately if there is a pet on the site. There is a $50/day fee for any pet on the premises and additional charges may apply if damages occur.  Pets are NEVER allowed in any building of the Lodge.
Bedding Rental:
(Add 7.7% tax)
Bedding/towel set $15.00/bed
Three week advance notice for bedding rentals; designate twin or double.
Beds have mattress cover & blanket on them. Leave these coverings on the beds when you depart. $100 fee if removed
   
Cleaning Charges
(Add 7.7% tax)

ANDERSON LODGE CLEANS AT END OF YOUR STAY
For groups wanting to leave the cleaning to us, we ask that you help us and put back all furniture you may have moved, wash dishes, put away dishes, supplies & equipment in their original locations. Straighten beds making sure blanket/sheet coverings are on all beds.  Of course, take home personal items & food you may have brought with you.
DEPARTURE CHECKLIST has details of the tasks to complete.
SELF-CLEANING AT THE END OF YOUR STAY
Cleaning charge is waived if groups choose to self-clean and  follow our checklist completely and avoid the cleaning charge.  This option is only for VERY organized groups with a dedicated cleaning crew of ADULTS who are willing to put 2-3 hours into cleaning.  The entire checklist must be completed. A fee will be charged if our staff is required to complete anything on this checklist. DO NOT choose self-cleaning if your group is relying heavily on students to do the job or if you do not have 2-3 hours allotted for cleaning.
A MINIMUM $100 fee will be charged if you choose self-cleaning and do not complete all the tasks on our checklist.
A MINIMUM $100 fee will be charged if  mattress coverings are removed from beds when you depart. A fitted sheet and blanket covering MUST be on beds when you depart.
