    • Damage Deposit: $500 Due 7 days prior to your date. All or part of the Deposit will be kept if there is damage, excessive carpet soiling or an exceptional amount of cleaning is necessary. Deposit is fully refundable if lodge is found to be in satisfactory condition.

    OPTIONAL SERVICES: Add 7.6% tax to the services below

    Catering: See Catering Menu & Wedding Reception Catering for choices and prices

    Bedding: $12/set. This includes: sheets, blankets, pillows and towels

    Cleaning: $450/Main Lodge or $375/Hilltop will be charged if Anderson Lodge staff cleans at the end of your stay. (Prior notice required) Your group may do their own cleaning & waive this charge.
