| 1. Call Anderson Lodge home office (360) 247-6660 to verify available dates. Identify which dates you wish to rent and which facility you wish to reserve. If you ask us to hold a date, we must limit that hold to 14 days. If your target date is less than 60 days away, ask for a modified payment plan for your deposits. 2. Print out a Rental Agreement: Current Rental Agreement for Main Lodge, Hilltop House, Dalarna Cabin Current Rental Agreement for School District Rentals (Rental agreements are in PDF format. To get Acrobat Reader for free, click here.) * Please note that deposit amounts are different for our school district rentals. See School District pages for deposit information for school retreats. 3. Complete a Rental Agreement and mail it with the Initial Deposit to our home office. Make checks payable to Anderson Lodge. The Rental Agreement and Initial Deposit are due within 14 days. If we do not receive the Agreement and Deposit in 14 days, your date will be opened up again. If you still wish to reserve a facility and the 14 day time period has lapsed, please call the home office again to verify available dates. All reservation deposits are non-refundable
4. Anderson Lodge will send you a written estimate of your lodging/catering costs. Keep in mind this is only an estimate. DURING YOUR STAY IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU KEEP TRACK OF THE NUMBER OF ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS THAT USE THE LODGE ON A DAILY BASIS. YOUR FINAL BILL IS TABULATED BY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO USE THE LODGE. The final bill will be tabulated at the end of your stay and must be paid in full at that time unless other arrangements have been made with the home office in advance. 5. To finalize the reservation, a second deposit, the Confirmation Deposit, is due ___________. (Call office for due date of this deposit.) Your reservation is not considered confirmed until both installments of the deposit have been paid. Again, all reservation deposits are non-refundable.
6. If you are requesting catering, you are required to pay 1/3 of the estimated catering cost, at least 60 days in advance of your scheduled retreat date. 7. You will be required to have at least one contact person present upon check in to receive an Anderson Lodge rental packet. Arrival time must be confirmed with the home office.
